Bridging the Gap: The OER Workforce Playbook for Higher Education and Industry
DOERS engaged The Rebus Foundation (Rebus) in November 2025 for Phases Two and Three of this project. The final playbook serves as a practical bridge between higher education and industry, helping educators and employer partners co-create workforce-aligned OER. Inside, you'll find pathways and a shared framework for integrating these resources into learning journeys, closing the skills gap so students graduate prepared and employers gain work-ready talent.
